Ms. Harshberger joined the one of the largest employer in California, Entertainment Partners in Burbank in 2003 as the Director of Payroll Tax Administration. She responsible for over $1 Billion in federal, state and local employment taxes annually. Previously she was a Senior Manager at both Deloitte & Touche and PricewaterhouseCoopers specializing in Payroll and Employment Tax. Prior to her employment with in public accounting, Ms. Harshberger spent 15 years in unemployment claims/payroll tax consulting, human resources and recruiting. Rebecca is on the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles Chapter of the American Payroll Association and teaches the Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) review course annually, she is a recurring technical speaker at user conventions for ProBusiness/ADP and LA APA.
