Nadia Krispel, CPP, has served on the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles Chapter of the American Payroll Association (APA) since 1992 as Co-Membership Director, Chapter Coordinator, and is currently serving as Vice President.

 Ms. Krispel has been a payroll professional for over twenty years and obtained CPP certification in 1993.  She is an advocate of promoting the payroll industry and helps professionals obtain certification by annually teaching the CPP Study Group sponsored by the LA Chapter and developed the ‘CPP Calculation Practice’ session.  Since 2001, she has been an instructor at Chapman University teaching the Payroll Professional Learning Series (PPLS) sponsored by the national APA.

 Ms. Krispel currently offers consulting services to large corporate clients in HR/Payroll practices, process optimization, payroll training, and system implementations, specializing in PeopleSoft.  She was previously employed by Mattel Toys as Senior Manager of Employee Services managing HR, Payroll, Benefit, Tax administration, and Payroll Accounting for over 9,000 employees in North America utilizing PeopleSoft HRMS modules.
