KATHRYN T. MCGUIGAN is Of Counsel with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP where she focuses her practice on the representation of management in all areas of labor and employment. Prior to pursing her law degree, Ms. McGuigan enjoyed an extensive career in the food service business where she instrumental in the development and startup of FoodBrand LLC, a national mall-based, multi-concept restaurant company, creating their human resources and training departments. She also spent eight years with Sizzler International, a multinational restaurant chain as vice president of administration. Ms. McGuigan received her undergraduate degree in Political Science cum laude from Loyola Marymount University and her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law.

The LAAPA is a non-profit organization consisting of dedicated payroll professionals, human resource and financial professionals throughout the Los Angeles area. Our membership represents hundreds of businesses in the Greater Los Angeles area, from the largest industrial firms to small emerging businesses.
