The Greater Los Angeles Chapter of the American Payroll Association Brings You

Payroll Networking & Hot Legal Payroll Topics

by Adam Rosenthal      September 3, 2015 at 6:00 PM

Last year's Networking Event was so successful, we are hosting our second Annual Networking Event, where LAAPA Members and Guests are cordially invited to network and connect with like-minded payroll professionals.

In addition to free peer networking and free appetizers, our event this year will also include free education (RCH's!) brought to you by Adam Rosenthal. Mr. Rosenthal will be discussing hot legal payroll topics including:

  • Off-the-clock work
  • Perils of joint employer liability
  • Preparing for the minimum wage & exemption tidal wave
  • Significant developments in payroll law

In celebration of National Payroll Week & to give back to our membership, this meeting is being hosted by the LAAPA Board of Directors to connect & educate Payroll Professionals in the Los Angeles Area.

There is no charge for LAAPA members but a nominal fee for non-members and guests (no time like the present to join!)

Come out to meet and greet others in a casual setting! The event will run from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Thursday, September 3, 2015 at the DoubleTree in Culver City. Delicious appetizers  and parking will be provided by LAAPA! Alcoholic beverages can be purchased at the Double Tree bar.
