At some point in our careers we’ve all been frustrated at a laborious process and not taken the time to ask why we’ve been doing it a certain way for years. This breakfast meeting will look at how to start the process of analyzing and improving your payroll procedures. Which key staff do we interview for needs assessment? Who do we observe? What are our documentation needs? Additionally, we will look at the areas of payroll where efficiencies can be maximized, including payroll data flow, interfaces, reporting, auditing, and security.

Join us on Thursday, April 16, 2015 to explore potential efficiencies and improvements in your payroll department.
