Jay Greaves is a Vice President at Ceridian HCM, a global human capital management technology company serving over 25 million users in more than 50 countries.  

Prior to joining Ceridian, Jay consulted to organizations in China, Mexico, Canada, and across the US in areas of human capital management, executive assessment and selection, leadership development, and large systems change.  This followed a 20+ year career with Delta Air Lines where he led field HR teams supporting the Delta Shuttle and Delta Express business units, as well as the Marketing, Sales, International, and In-Flight Service divisions.
